Green HIll Apartments

Green Hill Apartments introduces urban-style living to Lynnwood with a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units serving individuals and small households. The building centers activity around shared amenity spaces, a public plaza, and integrated ground-floor uses. Designed for young professionals and couples seeking a dense, connected environment, the project contrasts the surrounding suburban pattern with a more compact, pedestrian-oriented approach.

PROJECT STORY

Green Hill Apartments adds a compact, urban-leaning housing option to Lynnwood’s predominantly suburban landscape. The building includes open studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units designed for single professionals, young couples, and small households seeking a walkable, amenity-rich environment. A centralized courtyard, active public plaza, and a suite of shared interior spaces establish the project as a small community hub rather than a conventional apartment block.

Ground-floor commercial and amenity areas support daily activity, while upper floors provide a variety of unit layouts oriented for daylight and privacy. The building’s massing and materials help anchor the corner site and frame the pedestrian experience along the adjacent street. Overall, the project introduces density, amenity access, and a more urban residential character to an evolving neighborhood.
